I placed my order easily online, received a confirmation email followed by an email with tracking details when the goods were dispatched. On receipt of the parcel I found I was an item missing. I emailed Peter who apologised and advised he would send item straight away. Even with the missing item the service was Great, Peter resolved the issue in a timely manner and all goods received well packed and I perfect condition. Thanks Caddon Hives :-)
